At your arrival, you will be welcomed in this authentic haven of peace impregnated by pleasant essences by the owners of the place Virginie and Bruno, and their gorgeous daughter Margot. Here, you will be seduced by a familial and glowing atmosphere. Its sophisticated decoration presents beautiful furnitures in massive cedar, marble bathrooms and luxury materials making a frame full of magic.
The restricted number of rooms, a total of 8, is the guarantee of a pleasant and personalized stay. Concerning the pleasures of the table, you will have the possibility to taste rich Moroccan flavors but also sample delicious international dishes. On the outside, a spacious terrace is the ideal place to have breakfast or to rest in the riad’s tranquility. The latter also allows an access to the swimming pool.
Then, the villa shelters a space entirely devoted to well-being. You will find here a traditional Hammam in pink marble, a restroom decorated with soft pillows, and a beauty salon proposing several body and visage cares as well as essential oil massages.
The Villa Margot enjoys a privileged location, in front of the snowy tops of the Atlas mountains, only 10 minutes by car from the famous Jemaa El Fna square. Nearby, you will also find numerous golf’s greens.

Moroccan riads ‘guesthouses’ have to collect 2 taxes upon their guests:
- Tourism Promotion Tax (TPT): the amount of the tax depends on the riad category, 10.00 dirhams per people per night for Villa Margot. That tax is collected by the riads and integrally put back into Morocco National Tourist Office.
- City Tax (from January 2008): like the hotels and restaurants, ‘guesthouses’ must now collect the City tax. The amount of the City tax is 32.00 dirhams per people (older than 12 y-o) and per night for Villa Margot.
Reservation and cancellation policies of the riad
In the event of a reservation cancellation, the Villa Margot will apply the following cancellation policy and will charge any applicable fees to the client credit card used during the reservation process :
-Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
