Riad 72 : A zen & intimist riad

The Riad 72 is located inside of the district of the Antics dealers, Dar El Bacha, in the old medina of Marrakesh.

Conceived by its Italian owner, Giovanna Cinel.This luxury riad is part of the properties which “revolutionized” the architecture of guest houses in Marrakesh. Chic and Zen at the same time, this property binds the Moroccan oriental tradition to minimalist modernity. The Riad 72 has a surface of 350 m2, developed around a an elegant patio offering a feeling of intimacy. Its 4 rooms and suites are on the upper floor.

On the ground floor, you will find : a “green” patio with a big fountain, a banana tree, palm trees, the kitchen, the Hammam and the wide living room.
The first floor is dedicated to extraordinarily furnished rooms. The decoration and the internal organization were carefully realized with sobriety. The setting is based on a work of atmospheres and harmonious colors.

The only common space, the library, where books of art and architecture are to be found.Finally the stairs lead us to one of the highest panoramic terraces of the medina, offering an open view of the Dar El Pacha Palace, with a splash pool and a space for dinners and deckchairs.

For the comfort and the peace of mind of its hosts, Riad 72 only proposes its table to the customers of the riad. The room service is at your disposal 12 hours a day.

It is possible to enjoy massages inside of your rooms or on the terrace with a treatment with Nectarome products.

Beautiful suite situated on the first floor that is equipped with a matrimonial bed constructed with tadelakt. There is a possibility to add two additional beds. The incredible ceiling is in sculpted wood and forms a coupole of 6 meters, A/C. children and additional charges: there are no additional charges for children under 4 years old - additional charge of 30 euros/night for children between 4 and 14 years old and 50 euros/night for children 14 years or older.
